
Intended Learning Outcomes

Teacher Participants
Upon the completion of the project, the teacher participants will be able to do the following:

Apply fashion design skills, technological knowledge and wearable technology innovations within the context of STEAM content.

Develop and facilitate effective STEAM activities with wearable technology contexts using school resources.

Design, plan, and implement effective STEAM learning activities pertinent to students with no background in design and technology training.

Assess STEAM curriculum in non-textual formats such as critiques, exhibitions with recommended criteria developed during project.

Sustainable networks with international experts.

Upon the completion of this project, the student participants will have:

Gained foundational knowledge about the fashion, devices, and wearable technology.

Gained practical experience and skills working with fashion materials, devices to create wearable technology.

Gained exposure to contemporary applications of wearable technology and its impact on everyday life.

Used interdisciplinary approaches to think critically and creatively while solving real world problems.
